Chris Stephens

Owner/Coach

Chris graduated from Madison High school in Portland Oregon in 2002. While playing at Madison Chris was a three year starter, he was named to the all-state third team, and earned All-Portland Interscholastic League first team honors as both a junior and a senior. He also managed to lead his team to the state playoffs for the first time in over 30 years. After graduating Chris played for Oregon State University. Here Chris was the 32nd player in school history to reach 1000 career points finishing 17th overall with over 1200 points. He also finished first in career three-pointers made, first in free throw percentage, and seventh in three-point percentage. He finished his career having played 119 games with OSU. Coach Stephens has over 18 years of coaching experience at a variety of levels. He has coached and developed players all over the nation and created Stephens Elite in hopes to continue developing players as providing meaningful and positive mentorship to young men and women of this community.

Cam Brown

Coach

Cam began his basketball journey in the EYBL circuit and gained further experience through his time at Lane Community College. These experiences were critical in shaping what his coaching philosophy has become today. Committed to excellence on and off the court, Coach Cam is focused on nurturing talent, building cohesive and resilient teams, and giving athletes the tools they need to succeed. Cam has been with us for three years now, and has now started as the Head Development Trainer at South Eugene High School. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and passion for the game of basketball, emphasizing the importance of defense as the cornerstone of a successful team. Coach Cam is dedicated to developing players' skills and fostering a strong defensive mindset.

Cade Ealy

Coach

Cade found his passion for basketball at a very young age, starting to play the game when he was only in 3rd grade. He continued his journey through middle school and into high school where he made varsity at Grant High School, eventually transferring to play for Grants Pass High School in his senior year where he led his team to the playoffs. After high school Cade went on to play junior college basketball at the College of Siskiyous where they made the playoffs for the first time in over 10 years. There he was selected as a first team all conference player. Now Coach Cade has decided it's the right time to move on to coaching. He has a strong dedication to helping young athletes realize their potential and an unwavering passion for his community.
