Stephens Elite was founded in 2022 with a vision to improve the landscape of basketball in Lane County. After establishing ourselves as reputable coaches and trainers who develop at a high level, we discovered a critical part of what we do is providing quality mentorship to student athletes. The community we've been able to build with the help of coaches, staff, and student athletes is something special, and we hope to be able to share it with you.

Our mission is to build student athletes up through a shared passion for sports and meaningful mentorship.
Community
Community is core to our mission and a key part of what allows us to succeed in what we do. We couldn't do it without each and every one of our athletes who motivate us to be better every day.
