Our website www.agentpipelines.com may contain cookies, web beacons and tracking code to monitor website traffic and user activity, as well as to help us understand usage and campaign effectiveness.

Integrations With Other Services

Part of Agent Pipelines' services may provide you with assistance integrating your ActiveCampaign account with other 3rd party web services and software. We may also assist you with integrating two 3rd party services to each other.

Integration with other services is optional and not required to be an Agent Pipelines member or to utilize the ActiveCampaign software.

It is important that you review and understand all 3rd party service privacy policies and term & conditions. If you integrate, or get our assistance with integrating ActiveCampaign or any other online or offline service or software, you are solely responsible for understanding, abiding by and agreeing to their privacy policy, terms and conditions.

Terms of Service

Agent Pipelines is a provider of online information, coaching and courses for use by our members. Our services and membership are available to real estate professionals and real estate agents located in the United States and Canada only. Please do not sign-up for Agent Pipelines if you are outside of these two countries unless you have spoken with us first.

Agent Pipelines is also a reseller of software for ActiveCampaign and may be an affiliate of other software companies as well, which we fully disclose when promoting them. Although we do resell other companies software, Agent Pipelines is not a software developer or software company.

Agent Pipelines makes no warranty or guarantee when it comes to the ActiveCampaign software or any other 3rd party software we may help you integrate with.

By signing up for our services, you understand and agree not to hold Agent Pipelines liable and/or responsible for any activities, failures, downtime, theft of information and/or other occurrences that negatively affect your information, your business or the information of the contacts inside of your account due to actions or non-action from ActiveCampaign Inc or any other any outside service provider you integrate with.

As a user of ActiveCampaign software, you agree to abide by their terms of service. You should review ActiveCampaign Inc’s privacy policy and terms of service. If you do not agree with ActiveCampaign’s privacy policy or you do not agree to ActiveCampaign’s terms & conditions, you should cancel your Agent Pipelines membership and ActiveCampaign account. Continuing your membership with Agent Pipelines and remaining a user of ActiveCampaign is an indication that you fully agree to everything outlined in this document, as well as everything in ActiveCampaign’s privacy policy and terms of service.

Members cancelling their accounts will be responsible for payment in full for the current service month. Agent Pipelines incurs expenses for your account and membership from other service providers which are not refundable, and therefore we do not offer reimbursements, refunds or pro-rated fees.

Sharing of Information

Agent Pipelines respects your information. We do not sell your information to outside businesses or 3rd parties. We do share your information with companies and contractors as needed to provide you with the products and services you have requested. These companies and contractors are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
